Synergic Solutions is the leading consultancy company in the region specialized in preparation of commercial project implementation at locations owned by the public sector.

The company was established by Kruno Škrinjar and Hrvoje Vajiæ in March of 2005, and has so far completed the preparation of implementation of the Posedarje Rivijera greenfield tourist project, and commenced activities to prepare the implementation of seven tourist projects for the City of Šibenik.

Kruno Škrinjar has a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD, the leading European business school, and has also obtained the title of Graduate Engineer of Electrical Engineering at the University of Zagreb. He specializes in the area of finance and strategy, and has extensive experience in preparation of project implementation at locations owned by the public sector.

Hrvoje Vajiæ has graduated in electrical engineering at the University of Zagreb, and completed the Young Managers Program at INSEAD. He specializes in project management, and has extensive experience in preparation of project implementation at locations owned by the public sector.

Out team consists of experts in all areas required for the preparation of project implementation. The most important ones among these areas are law, urbanism and physical planning, and civil engineering.
